Terms and conditions

1. General provisions

1.1 These general conditions define the respective obligations of the contracting parties on sales made by our services, notwithstanding the application of special conditions.

1.2 By signing the agreement or the purchase order or by accepting the order confirmation, our co-contractors expressly acknowledge that they are aware of these general conditions and accept them.

1.3 All provisions not expressly waived remain applicable. Only waivers approved in writing by us can change the application of these general conditions.

1.4 In the event of a contradiction between the general conditions of our co-contractors and ours, it is agreed that the latter will prevail.

2. Validity of flight coupons

2.1 Flight coupons are valid for 12 months as of the date of purchase. After this period, they are cancelled.

2.2 Flight coupons are only valid for the pack detailed. The coupon can however be exchanged when it is reserved by paying the difference between the price of the new pack and the value of the coupon.

2.3 The date and time of the flight reservation may be changed free of charge up to 48 h before the reserved flight, by calling the EUROPEAN FLIGHT SIMULATOR centre.

2.4 On failure to show up for the reserved flight without cancelling or changing the reservation within 48 h, the flight coupon will be cancelled without reimbursement.

2.5 Flight coupons cannot under any circumstances be reimbursed.

2.6 By way of derogation from point 2.5, all purchasers are entitled to cancel the purchase, notifying EUROPEAN FLIGHT SIMULATOR of this, without penalty and without justification, within 14 calendar days of the date of signing of the service contract, i.e. as of the day after the day they receive the flight coupon by email.

The existence of this consumers' cancellation right is subject to the conditions of articles 46 and 47 of the law of 6 April 2010 on market practices and the protection of the consumer.

In accordance with article 46, section 4 of the law of 6 April 2010, the consumer cannot exercise this right of cancellation if the service provision has started, with the consumer's approval, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Any exercising of the cancellation right must be communicated beforehand by registered letter to the headquarters of EUROPEAN FLIGHT SIMULATOR.

Where purchasers have validly used their right of cancellation, they will be reimbursed without costs within 30 working days.


2.7 A lost flight coupon can only be replaced on presentation of proof of payment.

2.8 Special and temporary offers on certain flight coupons are only valid in a particular period indicated in the offer's terms and conditions.

3. Flight times, flight duration and quality

3.1 The flight times quoted are indicative only, save where otherwise stipulated.

3.2 In the event of a delay of over 60 minutes with respect to the indicative time detailed on the flight coupon, this will be replaced without cost with an equivalent coupon.

3.3 If the flight time is reduced due to a reason attributable to you, you cannot apply for compensation or reimbursement, even partial. The reasons for this include late arrival at the flight centre, a request for a break, air sickness or any other physical problem during the flight.

3.4 If we encounter technical difficulties on your fight leading to a reduction in the quality or duration of the flight, this will be replaced without cost by an equivalent flight coupon.

3.5 We will make every effort to hand a USB key to you once your flight has ended. If it is technically impossible to hand it to you following your flight, we will get it to you extremely quickly by post. If, for technical reasons, we cannot provide you, even at a later date, with the USB key ordered, we will reimburse the value of this purchase, without further compensation.

3.6 The flight simulator's sole purpose is entertainment EUROPEAN FLIGHT SIMULATOR is not a company certified for pilot training.

4. Security and access to the flight simulator

4.1 For security reasons, you must present an identity card before you can enter the simulator. We reserve the right to refuse you admission if you are not able to produce an official document including your photo. In this case, the coupon will be cancelled and not reimbursed.

4.2The minimum age for accessing our simulator is 10. There is no maximum age. The minimum stature required is 1.40 m.

4.3 The flight simulator is an exact replica of an aircraft cockpit. Sufficient mobility is required to enter and exit the device and this may not suit some people. Please contact us on your purchase if you think your physical condition is likely to affect your experience. Using the flight simulator can cause effects that vary from one individual to another. It is your sole responsibility to check that your are physically capable of using the flight simulator.

4.4 You will be refused access to the flight simulator if we consider that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if you seem physically incapable of using the flight simulator. In this case, the coupon will be cancelled and not reimbursed.

5. Prices

Prices are in Euro, including VAT.

6. Payment of invoices

6.1 Invoices are payable at our headquarters, within thirty days of sending. After this time, any unpaid invoice will produce, automatically and without notice, conventional interest of 12% per year, with a minimum rate compliant with that provided by article 5 of the law of 2 August 2002 on late payment in commercial transactions.

6.2 Any invoice unpaid on its due date will also be incremented, automatically and without notice, by an all-inclusive and irreducible indemnity of 15% of the amount unpaid with a minimum of €50 per invoice.

6.3 Any challenge of an invoice must reach us in writing, within fifteen days of its sending.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the parties or legal action to obtain payment, only the Courts of our headquarters have jurisdiction.

8. Changes to the agreement

Any changes to the specific agreements or these general conditions will be subject to a written codicil signed by all the parties.

9. Severability clause

The invalidity or illegality of one of the clauses provided in the contracts (specific and general conditions) agreed between the parties, does not invalidate or nullify the other conditions of the contract signed between the parties, whose clauses remain integrally valid.
